​Common Dues invoices will be mailed on April 1, 2026.  Common dues assessments are due on May 16, 2026. Any outstanding common-due balances paid after June 15, 2026, are subject to a 10% penalty. ​

Annual Common Dues for 2026 remain unchanged at $90.00.

Ashcombe Farms West HOA is comprised of the 131 properties on the following streets:

  • Wood Hall Way
  • Sheppard Drive
  • Lyn Circle
  • Shaffer Circle
  • Ashcombe Drive (House numbers 2000-2029 Only)

All other house numbers on Ashcombe Drive, Deerfield Drive, Boxwood Court, and Ashcombe Boulevard are part of the unaffiliated Ashcombe Farms.

Past events - 

The Ashcombe Farms West HOA annual meeting was held at the Bob Hoffman YMCA 1705 Palomino Rd on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at 10:00am.

 

The Community Yard Sale was held on June 8th and 9th, 2024.  Monitor the activities committee's Facebook page and this website for updates about future yard sales.

The Community Cleanup/Day of Action has been canceled. Due to the lack of participation in the past, an outside contractor has been hired to collect trash from the common areas and retention ponds. Although the Community Cleanup/Day of Action has been canceled, please do not let this deter you from interacting with your neighbors with cleanup efforts/mini projects in your immediate area to assist in keeping our community beautiful.
