All other house numbers on Ashcombe Drive, Deerfield Drive, Boxwood Court, and Ashcombe Boulevard are part of the unaffiliated Ashcombe Farms

Pursuant to PA Consolidated Statute, Title 68, Part II, Subpart A, Chapter 34, in the event of a resale of a unit by a unit owner other than a declarant, the unit owner shall furnish to a purchaser before execution of any contract for sale of a unit, or otherwise before conveyance, a copy of the declaration (other than the plats and plans), the bylaws, the rules or regulations of the association and a resale certificate
There is a $100.00 fee for the resale certificate the seller and a $100.00 initiation fee due from the buyer. Common Dues are assessed annually. For 2024, Common Dues were assessed at $90.00/property/year on 1/1/2024.
All outstanding assessed administrative and accrued interest must also be settled.
Please use the form below to request a resale certificate and to confirm the outstanding balance on the property. Requests should be made at least two weeks prior to settlement for a resale certificate.
